Alyona holds Master of Science degree from the Mathematics and Mechanics Faculty of the Moscow State University.
Upon graduation, she started working on quality assurance projects in the financial markets industry. One of Alyona’s first projects was testing a deal capturing and position keeping system for a leading financial applications provider. In parallel with studying and verifying the financial calculations and business logic of the complex globally distributed system, she also trained other financial engineers on her team. A few of Alyona’s next projects were in the financial risk management industry. As a business analyst involved in the development of a Collateral Management system for a large Russian investment bank, Alyona worked directly with the end business users of the system on transforming their business needs and experience-based feedback into a set of formal requirements. Alyona’s education combined with quality assurance and business analysis skills gained during earlier projects made her successful in developing a robust and efficient test architecture methodology.
Having joined Exactpro Systems in December 2009 as Head of Risk Management Practice, Alyona is building a team of risk management experts and quality assurance engineers. It is believed that Risk Management is as much an art as it is a science. Alyona agrees and adds that the best Quality Assurance and Business Analysis practitioners approach their projects the same way.

Maxim graduated as Master of Science from the Automation and Electronics Department of the Kostroma State University of Technology and holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology.
Maxim began his professional career as a test automation engineer and was promoted to the role of a test automation lead. In that role, he worked on a project done for a company providing custodial, operational, and trading support services for investment advisors and was responsible for a set of applications based on different technologies. As part of a consultancy services group, Maxim participated in exchange connectivity development for a high frequency arbitrage trading hedge fund and a global investment bank. Thanks to his in-depth understanding of the technologies underpinning trading platforms, Maxim excelled in delivering test tools for advanced execution systems and later performance optimization analysts for algo-trading software and was promoted to the position of leading software developer.
As Director of Development of Exactpro Systems, Maxim is responsible for a project aimed at building an open source reference test harness. He also manages our company’s development center in Kostroma.

Mark was the natural choice for his current role at Exactpro.
He has broad hands-on experience in designing, implementing, supporting and optimizing large network infrastructures as well as extensive knowledge of protocols and devices.
His professional resume includes IT systems integration as head of network and computer systems group and lead engineer on a number of projects related to building and supporting complex information systems, including high availability Unix/Linux/FreeBSD duplication systems and integrated Windows workstations.
His list of professional achievements also includes developing front-end connectivity and risk management systems for customers in the financial industry.
All of that coupled with his inquisitive mind as well as leadership and organizational skills make him a unique IT engineer and manager.

A graduate of the Moscow Aviation Institute (State University of Aerospace Technologies) majoring in Engines Engineering, Igor has excelled in Quality Assurance and has grown into a senior QA specialist and team leader capable of tackling most of the day-to-day and strategic tasks normally associated with IT projects.
Thanks to his advanced technical skills, his ability to grasp complex technical and business concepts, ask the right questions that inspire thought, and build a productive, results-oriented working environment, he has a number of successful projects under his belt and well deserved respect from his colleagues.
